How do I become a Specialist?

Apply by clicking the ‘Apply’ button above. You are asked to upload relevant information about your education and work experience and provide a short description of yourself and areas of expertise. In addition, we ask selected candidates to deliver a trial project of approximately 5 – 6 hours of work depending on work speed.

 

What does the work consist of?

You get a data set sent to you via the UserTribe platform of typically 5 – 20 videos of customers interacting with a website, a marketing campaign or textual stimuli. It is your job to highlight relevant quotes and observations in the material and derive main insights from the video content. A UserTribe analysis is based on the principles of Atomic Research, which you will be thoroughly introduced to and trained in as part of your onboarding.

 

What is it like to be a Specialist?

As a UserTribe specialist, you work on short-term assignments delivering customer insights from markets that you have cultural and linguistic competencies in. You have the flexibility to control when and where you work – as long as your work meets requirements and you stick to established deadlines. Assignments are posted on our internal job site for specialists, typically with a weeks’ notice.

 

What expertise do I need?

We are looking for candidates with experience in qualitative analysis and a sharp eye for turning data into actionable insights.

We particularly welcome candidates with cultural and linguistic proficiency in the following markets: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, UK, Netherlands, France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, the US and China.

All candidates must be able to produce insights in English demonstrating native language capabilities.

Lastly, we welcome candidates with good software understanding, ability to work sometimes under tight deadlines and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

 

How do I get paid?

We reward you on a project basis. After each completed project, we transfer your salary to your account.
